Back office crashes now

I have uploaded a BTC module (Bitcoin payment) so people can pay with BTC on my website. I uploaded the zip file, but when I went to search for it so I can configure it, it wasn't there. So I went to upload it again - but now - I get a "500 Server Error" when just entering the module section. I can no longer add modules, or edit existing ones. Anyone know how I can get back in?
