No disk available for database

Dear all,

I have the below message

ThirtyBeesDatabaseException: Disk full (/tmp/#sql-temptable-a609d-60090e-22fc.MAI); waiting for someone to free some space... (errno: 28 "No space left on device") in the error logs

However when I look in cpanel I have plenty of space available bigger than 10 Gb

Any ideea why is this happening?

Isn't your database space limited by hosting? For example in my environment I have 30GB of free space, but database size is limited to 5GB from hosting provider part.

Can't you clean out the tmp folder?

Get more space or move on to another server.
