If I user 'set my own SMTP...
after I fill in all the fields, the password field goes blank, after clicking save. Is this normal?

you should use phpmailer module by thirtybees, and yes it is normal behavior for the password field to not show after saved

Hi,  please search for the mail templates (and for every language) and how to handle it,  it is not that difficult but you have to do it maybe.  It is necessary for you to know that.  You can easily change and try the templates with an editor, if you will change something,  e.g. this:  HTML Editor - Online Web Content Composer (html5-editor.net)
