Error 500

Hi!
Never 100% positive. Bought a new addon for PS Called BA-importer. Installed without problem but when I try it I get this error. have attached screenshot.. Strange is that with windos and chrome it works but with My Linux Mint and Chromium I get this error. Is it something I must install om my computer?

Have you tried clean caches and cookies, like anonymous browsing?

It was not possible to load csv/excel file for some reason. Maybe incorrect file permissions, maybe missing php library, ... 

Please contact module author for assistance

It turns out that it is only 1 specific file that give the error, and only from my linux computer. So I will let it be for now.
