30knees Posted November 30 Posted November 30 Currently messages submitted by customers as an order comment are not sent by email to the store owner but remain in the shop's customer service section. Is there a way for them to be sent by email?
Yabber Posted November 30 Posted November 30 The 'mailalerts' module passes the {message} variable to the template email 'new_order' sent to the store admin. Check in this email template if you have such a variable. 1
