chan Posted November 30 Posted November 30 tb 1.6, php 7.4 I get an warning on the email setting page ("Your server is NOT sending emails. Please install some email transport module and select it for use."). But nothing change even after I install that module. Any idea? thanks in advance!
0 yaniv14 Posted December 1 Posted December 1 After you installed the phpmailer module, did you selected it as email transport?
0 chan Posted December 1 Author Posted December 1 It is impossible to select anything - the email transport field shows only "none". I reset, un- and re-installed phpmailer - nothing changes.
0 yaniv14 Posted December 1 Posted December 1 after you installed phpmailer module did you configure the smtp for the module?
0 chan Posted December 1 Author Posted December 1 (edited) 2 hours ago, yaniv14 said: after you installed phpmailer module did you configure the smtp for the module? yup. nothing happens (and there should have even been an option for using php's mail() function, right? i.e. without smtp settings..) 0 datakick Posted December 1 Posted December 1 Maybe you have enabled Disable non thirty bees modules option in Advanced Parameters > Performance? The name of this config option is stupid -- it means any module that is not installed by default
0 chan Posted December 1 Author Posted December 1 OMG this was it! Thanks a lot! Why is it under "debug mode"??? 🙂
