Getting a few "The stylesheet ... was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”, files are on host but empty..

Hello people,

When doing F12 on my site, I see these in red:

The stylesheet https://www.mysite.ca/themes/niara/css/modules/blocklanguages/blocklanguages.css was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”.

and

The stylesheet https://www.mysite.ca/themes/niara/css/modules/blockcurrencies/blockcurrencies.css was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”.

When checking on my host for the file blocklanguages.css and blockcurrencies.css, they are there and are “text/css” files, but the files are empty (0 bytes).

How can I fix this???

There is no need to do anything about it. If you enable “Smart cache for CSS”, these errors will disappear.
