Can't install module. Receive error message...

Hello friends, I receive an error when I try to install new module in TB.

scratchcoupon : classes/CartRule.php already overridden.

Any idea how to fix it? I’ve try to clear cache in admin pannel, but nothing.

Please help…

This sounds to me like a conflict with another module. Do you have other modules installed, which have similair function?

It is possible, but I dont know what module can be. But may be not conflict with other module, becouse in my other site on Presta Shop, I have a same error with this module. After contact with technical support, they installed module on Presta without problems.

You should contact them again. The installation is probably still the same process.

They don't want to do it again. And If they can do it without uninstall or disable other modules, I mean that is just some cleaning in something...

@club3m You have to review the 'override' folder in your TB installation folder. It is obvious, that there is a module in your TB installation which already overrides the standard one, thus stopping your installation.

I check folder .../override/classes/ , and there was file CartRule.php . When dellete file CartRule.php, the module is installed correctly.

Nice! I am no expert on this. But be careful, that all your modules work correctly now.

Instead of deleting the file you should combine both CartRule.php override functions from both modules, hopefully their not overriding same functions.
