Ciao, ho un problema con il modulo block_categories. Ho un elenco di categorie, quando sono all'interno di una categoria che ha sottocategorie, quelle sottocategorie non sono mostrate nell'elenco nella colonna di sinistra. Ho provato sia il modulo PrestaShop che il modulo Trentadue senza risultati. Ho mantenuto la stessa configurazione del modulo, nel sito con prestashop funziona correttamente, sul mio sito di test con trentabees non funziona correttamente. Il negozio è stato migrato da un e-commerce creato con prestashop. La versione attuale di trentaduees è 1.1.0 La versione di prestashop di origine è 1.6.1.16

Hi, I have a problem with the block_categories module. I have a list of categories, when i am within a category which has subcategories, those subcategories are not shown in the list in the left column. I have tried both the prestashop module and the thirtybees module with no results. I kept the same configuration of the module, in the site with prestashop it works correctly, on my test site with thirtybees it does not work correctly. The shop was migrated from an e-commerce created with prestashop. The current version of thirtybees is 1.1.0 The version of prestashop of origin is 1.6.1.16 Some examples on attached screenshot.

I solved the problem myself. I uploaded the correct "BlockNewProducts" module files to the correct template folders.

Hi, I also had the same problem and in addition to the error notifications I had a page display problem for some categories, not all but only some randomly. With this fix now everything works again. Thanks so much.

hello everyone, I solved the problem by uninstalling the thirtybees bankwire module and reinstalling the prestashop bankwire module, in this way bankwire orders are correctly accounted for in the statistics.

Grazie mille per il consiglio, sono stati sistemati i permessi sul database per la creazione di tabelle temporanee ed ora funziona correttamente.

Goodmorning everyone, I have a problem with the module in question: - in practice I have two shops, one with a clean installation of thirtybees 1.1.0, if in this case I use both blockcategories and blocklayered I have no problem viewing products; - the second one is a prestashop migrated correctly to thirtybess always 1.1.0, if I use both blockcategories and blocklayered I no longer see the products, if I deactivate the blocklayered everything works regularly. I have already tried to uninstall the modules and reinstall the related versions of thirtybees, clean the various template files etc. I also followed some forums where they indicated to disable the category filter in the blocklayered module but I had no results. Last test I did, I enabled the debug mode inside "Advanced Parameters" -> "Performance" and I get the error as per screenshot attached. Let me know if something like this has happened to you.

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un problema col modulo in oggetto: - in pratica ho due shop, uno con installazione pulita di thirtybees 1.1.0, se in questo caso utilizzo sia il blockcategories e il blocklayered non ho nessun problema di visualizzazione prodotti; - il secondo invece è un prestashop migrato correttamente a thirtybess sempre 1.1.0, se utilizzo sia il blockcategories sia il blocklayered non visualizzo più i prodotti, se disattivo il blocklayered funziona tutto regolarmente. Ho già provato a disinstallare i moduli e reinstallare le relative versioni di thirtybees, pulito i vari file del template ecc. Ho anche seguito alcuni forum dove indicavano di disabilitare il filtro categoria nel modulo blocklayered ma non ho avuto nessun risultato. Ultima prova che ho effettuato, ho abilitato il debug mode all'interno di "Parametri Avanzati" -> "Prestazioni" e ottengo l'errore come da screenshot allegato. Fatemi sapere se vi è capitata una cosa simile.

Hi, I have a problem, when I have a lot of sales at same time, customers can add products to cart and complete the process, until the payment is not validated, thirtybees dont rest the stock, so if you have 3 items, and 4 customers purchase at same time, until the payment getaway back to the store, the stock is not deducted, so when back to the store, you have sell 4 items instead or 3 items. It seems the same issue on prestashop (2017): https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/8081 and the try to solve with this fix: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/1d9212d3f36be4b48e06f7ecaede9ab35596b062 but in thirtybees there is no class file PaymentModule.php I use thirtybees 1.0.8

Hi @SLiCK_303, I exported an old e-commerce realized in Prestashop on Thirtybees and the various credentials requested by Thirtybees PayPal module were different from those required by the PayPal module realized by Prestashop.

I solved, I discovered that I was using the official PayPal module for Prestashop. I replaced: {$paypal_cart_summary|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'} with: {$paypal_cart_summary|escape:'UTF-8'} in the file: /modules/paypal/views/templates/front/order-summary.tpl
