I would like to increase traffic to my shop by posting my product catalog on Pinterest or Facebook. Is there a module that can create a catalog data source or any other way to do it with not too much trouble? Hello people, I noticed in the last few months that when viewing my Backoffice "Current online visitors" stats, I often (daily) see visitors with IP address 0.0.0.0, why is this? Is my site being hacked? Should I block ip address 0.0.0.0 on my server side? Also, I have Matomo installed on my shop and those visitors are not/can't be tracked... Update... I contacted the developer of the module and they are not interested in fixing the issues. Also, it is impossible to have the module to only create and send discount vouchers emails to selected customer groups, so in my case, I have resellers and don't want them to get discount vouchers as they already get my products and discounted price. So, I will probably uninstall the module for this reason... Cheers,

I agree on this, however, there are other options the module can create vouchers, like: - For each canceled cart (with no order), - For each validated order - For each customer raising a threshold, - For each customer who has already placed at least one order and with no orders since a given duration You can turn on and off those options in the module, so it is still good for getting back inactive customers or to thank very good customers. I contacted the developer to see if they could set the abandoned carts with your suggested, "simply add this discount voucher only for carts >0.00" Will see what happens... Cheers,

Ho Well, after double checking and deleting all empty shopping carts in the Backoffice, I can confirm that if I go back and login in my test account, Thirtybees DOES create an empty shopping cart under Customers/Shopping Carts in the Backoffice. So, the bug is in fact in Thirtybees. Can anyone replicate this? I am running Thirtybees 1.6.0 by the way...

I just noticed something, what happens in thirtybees if you create a cart, then delete the item(s) in that cart, so you basically have an empty shopping cart, would thirtybees then create an empty cart on your next log in then the "Abandoned Carts module" would create and sent out coupon emails? I just saw this feature in my Backoffice: I could see lots of abandoned carts with $0.00 inside, so I clicked on the "Delete empty carts" and "Delete carts older than 20 days" buttons to delete those empty carts. Would it be possible to create a Cron do to this automatically every so often? Cheers,

Yep, that make sense... Do you know if the "Abandoned Cart Reminder v1.0.0 - by thirty bees" is able to only be applied to selected customer groups? (I don't want my resellers/retailers to get a 10% discount every time they leave a cart open to be completed later to place an order.) Even if I set the "PS IT Thirty Bees Abandoned Carts" to "NO" for a particular group, the module still sent out emails with voucher coupons... No good... Cheers,

Hello wonderful people, I have the "PS IT Thirty Bees Abandoned Carts" module that generates a discount voucher whenever a customer canceled a cart. The problem is that whenever a customer log into their account or give a review on a product, Thirtybees interprets this as an abandoned cart and the customer receive a discount. Hello wonderful people, Is it possible to create overrides to change truncate values for themes/niara/modules/blockcart/crossselling.tpl, themes/niara/modules/blockcart/includes/dropdown.tpl and themes/niara/modules/blockviewed/blockviewed.tpl ? I modified those tpl files so to have higher truncate values in order to remove "..." from products names, but would rather use overrides so I leave the original system files intact. How do I do this, do I just copy the entire modified tpl files in: override/themes/niara/modules/blockcart/crossselling.tpl override/themes/niara/modules/blockcart/includes/dropdown.tpl override/themes/niara/modules/blockviewed/blockviewed.tpl Any advice on how to do this would be appreciated... Thank you guys for your feedback. I now agree that having 2 sites with same contents is a bad idea. The problem I have is not with Google indexing, as all my pages are indexed, but rather poor rankings. Three years ago, I was ranking on average #3 for some keywords related to my products on Google, now, those same keywords will rank between 40 and 50. I think Amazon is partially to blame as they are very powerful $$$. However, many of those keywords will rank #1 on Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Bing... My site is available in English and French, setup like mysite.ca that default to mysite.ca/en/ and mysite.ca/fr/. In Google Search Console, my main Domain Property is mysite.ca, but there are also https://www.mysite.ca/ and https://www.mysite.ca/en/ in the list. I can see that there are sitemaps listed for the first and second property. Is it possible that this is a problem with Google because the same sitemaps (3) are being processed for the same site? I can't find a way to delete the duplicates sitemaps on Google Search Console, should I just delete the https://www.mysite.ca/ and https://www.mysite.ca/en/ domain property and keep the main domain property mysite.ca ? Hello people, I previously had a .com site under prestashop, then I set up and switch to Thirtybees and used a new .ca site (moved clients, products, sales... data from old Prestashop to thirtybees). I then set up redirects on my Host to redirect visitors from the .com site to the new thirtybees .ca site. (The Thirtybees site as been working for over 2 years now.) However, my site ranking has dropped significantly since 2 + years on Google, but rank high on Bing, Yahoo, duckduckgo. I can see a lot of "Page not found" in stats, maybe because old backlinks on the web are still using the .com links and the .com to .ca redirects are not working cause by differences in the links strings. I think that those pages not found affect my Google rankings. On my Host server, the thirtybees site is under public_html while the old .com has its own folder above public_html. Is it possible to use/setup multistore so mysite.com and mysite.ca would be the same and act as duplicate sites so that I can eliminate all site redirects? I would like to have it so if a visitor goes to mysite.com/product1 and make a purchase that it would have the same behaviour of if the visitor had gone to mysite.ca/product1 and made a purchase. I would see the sales made under the .com site in the thirtybees backoffice as well as sales made under the .ca site. Is this possible? Any recommendations! Cheers,

When checking on my host for the file blocklanguages.css and blockcurrencies.css, they are there and are “text/css” files, but the files are empty (0 bytes). How can I fix this???

Does this mean that there was a problem with the update? I'm using PHP8.1, if I do the update again, will I still get the error I posted earlier? Cheers

Hello people I am using the theme Niara setup in 3 columns for my shop. The Block Featured Products module is enabled and setup to display 4 of my products on the homepage. When you do a mouse over on one of the product, the "Add to cart" button appears under it. However, on my French site the "Add to cart" is translated to "Ajouter au panier", the result is that you only see "Ajouter au p" inside the button as there is not enough room inside the button for the full width of the text when using a 3 columns theme. To try to solve the problem, I tried changing the translation for the Block Featured Products module for the French language for the "Add to cart" to "Acheter" to have it displayed correctly inside the button, but the translation is not performed, it is still translating to "Ajouter au panier". How can I fix this? My French version of the site is https://www.miraxsupplements.ca/fr/ If you scroll down to the "Nos meilleurs produits" section, you will see the problem... Any help would be appreciated. ********* EDIT However, if I do the translation under Type of translation/Front office translations (instead of installed modules translations) under "product-list-item", the modified translation is performed correctly. Go figure...

Did what you said and it worked, now all transactions are under the "Customer" and Guest was deleted. Problem solved... You're a PRO... Cheers
