I would prefer to stay with thirtybees but the lack of modules for thirtybees
What module forced you to move?
Have you thought about custom modules? There are a few able guys around. -

AI tools, that is pretty good as long as TB stays away from the easy does it approach, Too easy is mostly pretty bad in the long run.

but I wondering if it is still an active project.
Funny that the absence of issues related to e_commerce is not a plus in the customer-group shop owners.
Do shop owners need a forum where all kinds of issues are brought to light?
One of the few forums where few real issues show. It is a sign of quality after all -

In many cases, follow-ups or exceptions come up during calls, packing checks, or quick team discussions, but they’re often documented later. That delay can cause missed details or extra admin work.
it is important to do a follow up on orders when done over the phone.

Glad it worked.
I'd suggest to move you shop asap.
Hostings who force you are no good. -

I disagree with Cloudflare here; purely for the captcha, for example in the contact form, the speed via Cloudflare is not a problem, you don't notice any problematic delay.
Sure as a shop owner you seem to forget the penance users have to go thru.
Compare drop out rates with Cloudflare vs without, Everything what for you is easy is more difficult for others,How can you disagree if I have to go thru a procedere to get to see a site with cloudflare?

To avoid phishing: have a low cost laptop handle only your emails. No other connection to shops, banks should be on the laptop.
Use another laptop where you don't enter emails. It is best to use a Linux distro to access your shops, banks and all other financial tools.Cloudflare delays visitors, so there is no sense to make your shop fast and set cloudflare, just to let clients solve riddles.

Don't you have people working with you?
That in itself is not the best solution. -

Have you had a look into the themes .tpl files?
It is much better to the installation files directly from the Thirtybees Site.

RAM 512MB
That is very low. How about 2 to 3 GB? Look up specs for TB I believe it to be 2GB.

many people believe the that is not longer needed.
Its a mistake to fall into that. There are other search engines not only Google.-

From what I understand this is no longer needed,
If you don't care about position in search engines sure you do away with the not needed stuff.
Once you loose a position it's a little harder to get it back. -

Retaining existing customers through reliability often has a bigger long-term impact than chasing first-time buyers with discounts.
retaining customers is the best way for a stable turnaround. What people don't take into consideration is that a 1st time sales discount is a slap into every returning customer's face. What does he get if the 1st time sale already had a discount.?
Are the discount chasers your kind of client? -

You know our module is completely different from theirs, right? The version we have is long archived and not used in PS.
Actually I did not. Thx for the Info. Its quite positive.
Unfortunately TB is hesitating in regards to promotion. A review so it seems is all TB needs. -

I'm working on a module that could track such data and I'm thinking if we can modify the delivery date-time when we set the Delivered status.Does that enhance your sales?
Don't get me wrong, of course you can do whatever you please with your time; it is a question born out of curiosity. Most shop master every effort to fetch new clients while forgetting that the same customer will never ever come back (due to the shops over eager discount options towards 1st time clients).

TB should invite more to their project, over time workload increases.
There are volunteers here.
