Ciao, I have a phenomenon that is sending me spam via messages, an advertisement for a Chinese online casino, what are the methods to eliminate the inconvenience? I suppose I have to activate " recaptcha " ? are there other systems? messages only from registered users ? Thank you greetings from Tuscany

Block their domain. There are forms out there which compare bad words and don't let those thru.
That does not mean you won't get Spam. If your marketing campaign had a lot of blog comments, forum links and other cheapo stuff, well you should mybe switch to a telegram channel as customer attention.

  2.

    Corrected

I wonder how switch from left to right or viceversa (menu and logo).
In english, products +  menu and all starting from the left and in another language from the right.

Adding a different language and all starts from the right. TB 1.4, Niara. on localhost.
The left column and right column buttons on the theme > advanced setting have no effect.

  5. Spam is plentiful on all kind of pages nowadays.
On some sites its even better to get rid of the contact form altogether.

I would like TB, to disallow the registration process, if the user enters an email address that is not valid.

Offer other mediums, like Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal.  How many sign ups we are talking about and what is the nature of the doubtful mail addresses?

Thanks for the reply, and for the plugin

Most payment providers charge you extra, that is the same in Crypto. And why not?

Crypto friends such as myself would rather pay directly as it was intended in the Bitcoin Whitepaper.
As a payment form you just could over direct payment via your wallet. Always have one wallet to receive and one to saveguard.

That makes Crypto payments attractive. Frequently when paying over cryptoand a third party provider involved you pay more rather than less.

5 bucks on $65 Payment hurts.

Prestashop could get away with 1.7 because its huge market share guaranteed that module developers would provide all the necessary modules for the new version. Thirty Bees doesn't have that luxury.

    And why is that?

IMHO it was the lack of standing out as an alternative to the all new prestashop 1.7 series which naturally caused, judging by the issues seen in the Prestashop support forum, IMO by a too hasty switch.

I still believe that TB should push for more marketing. Even grassroot marketing should do the trick. Collect and write to all clients, Supporters, Forum members and push for their social media involvement. No money is needed, just give them, us,  an hour of support should they (we) need that.

As I see it Prestashop is using users as the test medium. Thirtybees should not fall into a similar pattern.
Contrary to the car sales ideology: not buying the newest model, in software (apps, Shops) people are fixed to the idea that the newest software is,  it to be the most secure.  Nothing is more secure than monitoring. Having a clone shop on a different server should serve as a backup, that at a cost of 100 US a year.
