Is there a 30Bs module that will allow customers to select the price they want to pay (or donate) to receive a digital download product?

Looks like the latest Stripe API has broken the module again. It also seems I cannot rollback the Stripe API (please correct me if I'm wrong) ThirtyBeesStripe\Stripe\Error\ApiConnection You cannot use `line_items.amount`, `line_items.currency`, `line_items.name`, `line_items.description`, or `line_items.images` in this API version. I seem to be experiencing errors in 2 places I have Thirty Bees 1.4.0 My Stripe API is 2022-11-15, though I've been having this issue with API 2022-08-01 I also have the Panda theme installed. I have 2 issues that I can see. I'm in test mode and on test transaction stripe processes the transaction, however on return to the stripe validation module at mysite.com/module/stripe/validation?type=cc returns the error: An error occurred: No charges associated with payment The second error is if I select 'Enable Stripe Checkout' in Stripe Checkout options. When I go to checkout, I get a server error 500 at page mysite.com/orders after ticking the terms and conditions box then clicking 'proceed to checkout'

The issue doesn't appear to be from Stripe. If I select the 'Enable Stripe Checkout' option in settings, I get an error 404 page error when trying to check out. I've tried re-installing the stripe module - but still no go

Hi Nickz - there are no server side errors logged. The error message is generated by TB and not the server.

I'm wondering if there is a configuration error on the site. I also get the same problem using MyPOS. Slightly different - the website forwards to MyPOS gateway, the card is authenticated properly, but then the transaction fails on handover back to the site. Any ideas how to bug track this?

I've just installed the Stripe Module It's currently in test mode using test keys. The payment appears to process in Stripe, but on return to the validation page I get this error An error occurred: No charges associated with payment Payment is taken, but my TB doesn't process the order. There's nothing in Java Console. Any ideas? Cheers ... Fizz

Thanks Slick. I found it. I took your hint looking through the Panda settings. There was a parameter set to 4 and not the usual 0 (default size). Not sure why it was set as 4 stock install - but found it nonetheless. Thank you for the pointer.

Thanks Slick - I'm not much of a coder. The install is standard other than the addition of the PANDA theme. How can I fix this?

I have just done the core update to 1.4 and it appears to have fixed things for me. Many thanks for the help

When I create a new product and upload the images, I cannot see the image in the control, panel. I get the blank camera image. Clicking this image shows the correct image magnified in an image box, but the thumbnail is still missing. All products display in the front end correctly. When I look at the thumbnail image URL it is Which has the url ending 262-small.jpg?time=1668195034588 If I remove the ?time variable I get the correct image here .. Why is this happening? Hi datakick. I'm aware of this, yet nowhere is all those settings can I set the shipping to be included in the price so it always says "shipping excluded." How can I set shipping to be included? I cannot find this option anywhere

I have 2 products in my shop with stock number errors. My stock is managed with stock management. In stock management it says I have 100 items. When I click details each combination of this stock shows 0 items, so I should have 0 items. I cannot get rid of the 100 items showing that is erroneous. Any ideas please? TB with Panda Theme

I have TB with Panda Theme I have the advanced EU Compliance module activated. In this module I have selected the 'Shipping Fees inc/excl' switch All my products now say "shipping excluded". I cannot figure how to flag which have "shipping included". Can anyone help please?

I think I have this figured out. The URL I had logged into my admin panel was my old url. Still active as I have it parked for now. When editing it used the old url. I logged in with the correct url and all works as should. Thanks for looking

Hi TRR - yes. I upload images in the wysiwyg editor in new products, and the image links created contain the old domain url I also had to edit the shop name in my admin panel by editing the database. Was there a better way?

Hi All I have TB with Panda theme installed. I installed the shop using a domain name, but decided to change the domain name that points to my hosted site. I also changed the shop name I changed the shop url in the admin of TB, but still it is uploading images with the old domain name. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance?

Hi All This bug only occurs when activating the Advanced EU Compliance module. The checkbox is missing from checkout Can anyone help me fix this please?

This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination. I get this message if I visit the product page by clicking the product review link. I dont have any combinations for this product. How do I fix this?
