  3. The German legal system is very complicated and a lot of attention has to be paid. I hope in terms of TB that German law is not too complicated. Especially with the many and fast changes. Sometimes only a few weeks / months remain until a new regulation has to be implemented.
In Germany, the Cookie Directive was not implemented specifically with a new law. The reason: The Federal Government sees the directive already fulfilled with the German Telemediengesetz (TMG). However, the TMG does not fully cover the requirements of the EU Directive. Many consider the EU Cookie Directive to be an opt-in obligation, whereas the TMG only requires an opt-out variant. Data protectionists therefore criticize the weak implementation of the EU directive. Since TMG is currently German law, website operators in Germany only have to fulfill the following requirements: The users have to be informed about the data storage comprehensibly and comprehensively. Users must be able to object to data storage. The data may only be saved anonymously - unless the user agrees to the storage of personalized data.

  6. @wakabayashi How should it be possible to export and import variants? Also Orders can currently not be imported exported or better. You say "I create a new database and import the data" that sounds as if it is not a problem. In reality, however, it is not so easy. @mdekker You say: "After that we will start working on the migration module, but we do not set a deadline for the module. Deadlines kill software, but I want you to know that we are working on it!" There are some who have great interest in how you did it. Maybe someone can participate in your previous steps. Maybe even someone can write a documentation or develop a different way. It does not always have to be the Liveshop.

    German forum?

Why is there no German forum? At the moment the German interested parties have to discuss in English forums. It would be appropriate to show a clear structure from the outset. As we know, German and English translations can distort the results massively. Then one does not understand what the other says. In the end are all sour on each other;)
  8. I downloaded it, i rename the file to de.gzip The upload works now but i geht this error: errors Validation failed for: modules/authorizeaim/translations/de.php Validation failed for: modules/paypal/translations/de.php Validation failed for: modules/stripe/translations/de.php
  9. Hey, i test the eBay Modul (Community Edition) and it should work. But if anyone use it i think its better to run that only in sandbox mode. The eBay Modul can be downloaded here: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/571694-ebay-modul-community-edition-no-block/
  10. Hi, i dont know about that "issue" but if i want to install tb i get this notice: Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/config/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/cache/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/log/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/img/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/mails/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/modules/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/themes/community-theme-default/lang/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/themes/community-theme-default/pdf/lang/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/themes/community-theme-default/cache/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/translations/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/upload/ Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/download/ But i run nginx i think its better to show the code i have to run to fix it. I think some users can help it and it saves muchs questions about "how i can set write permissions" etc. Just Display: chown -R www-data:www-data /etc/nginx/html/* ``` or better: chown -R www-data:www-data /config/ chown -R www-data:www-data /cache/ chown -R www-data:www-data /log/ chown -R www-data:www-data /img/ chown -R www-data:www-data /mails/ chown -R www-data:www-data /modules/ chown -R www-data:www-data /themes/community-theme-default/lang/ chown -R www-data:www-data /themes/community-theme-default/pdf/lang/ chown -R www-data:www-data /themes/community-theme-default/cache/ chown -R www-data:www-data /translations/ chown -R www-data:www-data /upload/ chown -R www-data:www-data /download/ I dont know the rigth permission but the last one to run : chmod 777 /etc/nginx/html/* BAD 777 rights but is only an example just an idea :)
  11. Thank you for your fast Respond! What you say sounds quite excellent. @lesley said in German support for thirty bees: There is not an ebay module in progress, but the standard one you are using should work. But this will not be permanent! Sooner or later this will not work. I use Prestashop only at the moment because of the eBay Modul (my english is not so well, i hope you can understand what i write) Unfortunately 202 has always updated the module horribly I'm not a programmer, I just try to run the module. Without restrictions. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/571694-ebay-modul-community-edition-no-block/ But I do not think that I could adapt the module later to your system if this is necessary. Especially for small users like me, it is important to have an opportunity to manage via a central system. I will test your system and try to install the module. But since I am no programmer I can not determine whether everything works properly. Good luck for the future! We all hope for a well-running system and an administration that takes us seriously.
  12. It would be great if the german users can use an Category to talk about the shop.... I have a few questions Is there an eBay Modul in progress? How important is the German market place for legal security? Is there a german contact person? What will be in 1-2 years? Can I transfer my store of 1.6.1.11 to you? Casually asked: How do you earn money? You do not live by air or love. Somehow must be generated as an obolus. Is there a risk that normal functions will cost money in some months or years?
