30knees Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Hi, I'm observing customer interaction on the website and quite a few times people who choose payment by bank transfer lose the email with the bank details. They then log into the shop and try to find them on the order overview page. My suggestion would be take make the link "Bank transfer" under "Payment method" on the order overview page clickable with the bank details.
