URGENT: Impossible for customers to login

A new customer trying to create an account gets this error:

TECHNICAL ERROR: UNABLE TO LOAD FORM. DETAILS: ERROR THROWN: [OBJECT OBJECT] TEXT STATUS: ERROR

An existing customer trying to login into his account gets a 500 error.

Hmm, when I go to the login page I am getting that the site is in maintenance mode. https://www.librairiezbookstore.com/en/login That is likely the problem.
