Button 'bulk actions'

Does somebody know i can move the button 'bulk actions' to the top ?

Copy code between lines 29..57 from file <admin>/themes/default/template/helpers/list/list_footer.tplsomewhere to file <admin>/themes/default/template/helpers/list/list_header.tpl. For example paste it to line #245, just after {block name="preTable"}{/block}
