Remove yellow from titles?

I'm real new to this, but how is it you remove the yellow from the titles. See attached photo. I did the live preview color theme, but it doesn't change it. any ideas?

You have to change this normally in the css-files. But maybe there is a module for this theme so you can change it there.

Hi .. I would also like to know how to do this + change backgrounds etc on the default template TIA

If you're not comfortable changing your template css files, you can add custom css from the back office by going to Preferences, Custom Code, then add it to the appropriate field. Here is the css to change it to white.
