musicmaster Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 When I reboot my computer and the browser comes up again I will see the webshop under Prestashop as I left it. However, the same webshop under Thirty Bees will look as if the CSS file wasn't loaded. Is there a way to fix this?
0 musicmaster Posted December 28, 2018 Author Posted December 28, 2018 I mean that I regularly see my TB pages as below. And that that never happens with a Prestashop installation.
0 lesley Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 What happens when you debug the issue? Is ccc on? Is the ccc file missing from the cache?
0 musicmaster Posted December 28, 2018 Author Posted December 28, 2018 As soon as I refresh the page it is normal. Somehow TB does not preserve its css file in circumstances where PS does so.
0 lesley Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Are you sure? Did you actually check the things that I mentioned? thirty bees has a specific function to not purge those files that prestashop purges under the performance settings.
0 musicmaster Posted December 28, 2018 Author Posted December 28, 2018 I will look whether I can make this somehow reproducible. At the moment I can't find the key.
0 colorful-ant Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 I once had the problem that CSS was missing. I am just not sure, whether it is a module (possibly own change) or the cookies. It's been a while since then. Therefore, from my point of view, possibly after one of the above options look.
0 musicmaster Posted February 1, 2019 Author Posted February 1, 2019 I found out that this happens when Windows reboots. When you close down or reboot Windows without closing the browser then it will remember which pages you had open and restore those after the restart. In that case Prestashop is restored correctly but Thirty Bees isn't.
0 lesley Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 Check the console for an error message, it will still log one on reload.
0 musicmaster Posted February 14, 2019 Author Posted February 14, 2019 (edited) "Active resource loading counts reached a per-frame limit while the tab was in background. Network requests will be delayed until a previous loading finishes, or the tab is brought to the foreground. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5527160148197376 for more details" This is followed by a long list of "resources" that failed to load: jpg's, css's and js's. Always error: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED At the end there is one Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'offsetHeight' of undefined in widget.js. Unlike what the first message says nothing is restored when the tab is brought to the foreground. I tend to have lots of tabs open. So maybe it is specific to that... Now I had only localhost open. So that can explain part of the problem (localhost isn't automatically restarted). I will look next time again when I have some internet links open. Edited February 14, 2019 by musicmaster
