Shopping cart is cached while full page cache off

We moved over to TB yesterday, we do use redis but did not use full page cache jet. Please find attached our settings. We do use multi store and settings are the same in all instances...

The issue is that customers get a filled cart with products from other visitors.... As well the amount information bulb does not change amount....

If you stop using redis, does the error go away?

While we had this problem this morning, it seems to be solved now... While nothing has changed in configurations.... Redis still on... Can it be redis?
