PHP server settings to make Authorize AIM work?

The authorize aim module works at our shop creativesystemsinc.org  at Hostgator but none of our shops at Hostwinds on a dedicates server which includes the four TB Stores.

What are the server PHP settings and other requirements to optimize TB and get the TB authorize AIM module to work?
