Way to do email translation for Order Return email?

I can't find the order return email in the available email list to do a translation. Can someone provide guidance on where it's located so I can do this?

I dont know about BO. I always edit the emails in the theme folder with a code editor. I guess you are looking for the order_return_state email template.

Actually no. The order_return_state is not the correct email that goes out when a return is approved. That's the issue. I can't find the email in in the available templates to translate. I think it should be called return slip or something similar.

can you show a screenshot of the email that is going out? Maybe it's hardcoded 😮

I just found the tpl files under root/pdf.
