Error checking out?

The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s). Please amend your cart.

I'm setting up a cart for local pick up only. I made a shipping option for that.

This is the error I get when I try to check out. I can enter all information for a Guest checkout - but that error is at the DELIVERY METHODS section.

We are having the same problem with one TP store and advanced stock management is not checked.  All the same carriers are set up under modules and under shipping preferences.  The same payment, countries and carrier restrictions.   Currently ups ground is set as the default carrier before that selection by best price neither works.   The item being shipped is small and light and in the same city  as our shipping location The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s). Please amend your cart.
