Niara - New Products doesn't show on home page

I have an issue on Niara theme - doesn't show new products on home page. The blocked is hooked on the homepage and correct configured, thus is not showing.

Any ideas what can be wrong?

Your screen shot shows Featured Products hooked to the home page, rather than New Products.
There is a known fault in Niara theme that new products show-up in the left column on the home page, with default camera icons instead of images, so it's worth a look there. I am no expert on solutions though.
