Message: "Payment modules have not been installed yet."

Hi there!
I have a problem with the payment modules. I already have installed the Bank Wire, MercadoPago and CUSTOM PAYMENT METHODS modules, all activated, but when I get to the PAYMENT section of the check out it says Payment modules have not been installed yet.

All the modules are activated but the system does not detect them and I cannot complete the purchase process.

Any idea how to fix it?

Scroll to the bottom of the payments page in the backoffice and make sure you have the payments allowed for the carrier, user group, and country.

Hi. Check Currency, under Localization. In my shop my currency is listed as 'Peso Argentino' and the ISO code is ARS.

Maybe you created Pesos AR (AR) and it's not recognized by the payment modules?. Visit Localization -> Countries too.

Hi! Thanks for your answer.

The currency Pesos AR it's set to ARS.
Only Argentina is active as a country. Still the payment method doesn't show up.

Anything else?

Uhm... If you go to Modules and services -> Module positions?

Payment modules must be hooked in several places. For example I have Bankwire in

  • displayPayment
  •  displayPaymentEU
  •  displayPaymentReturn

I had several problems with carriers (when trying not default things), but never had a problem w/payments...
