After user logs in, everything "dissapears".

I simply can not wrap my head around on how this one happened and neither debugging spits out any info.

Go to 'Customer groups', and check enabled modules for each group

I have this SAME issue, only after someone places an order. It happens once they hit the shipping page - it still lets them finish and pay for the order - but then they get this page when when they return.... They have to clear all cookies, cache, etc to get it to work again.
