bhtoys Posted September 25, 2020 Posted September 25, 2020 Someone from a module I purchased, has logged into my backend and set it up for me. Now when a new account is made, the site crashes on them.

Asked him, he said he's only responsible for getting the module to work - which apparently it does, but I can't test it because I can't make a new account. AND, it clearly worked beforehand. Well there goes customer service for you, trashing your project but hey, the module is working. I think the most you can do is ask him what he edited, get a fresh copy of Thirtybees and then just try and "patch" any changes he made.
0 bhtoys Posted September 26, 2020 Author Posted September 26, 2020 Right?! I’ll never use that guys stuff again. I ended up fixing the issue myself after hours of testing, but I still get an error when I use the module. I did message the guy about it - but have yet to hear back at all. it seems to work with the error still showing up in the backend anyway.
