In the back office mouse over Localization and click on Translations Select Email Templates Translation, The theme you are using and the language (English) and click Modify Click on the blue Core Emails link to expand it Click on account You should see the Email with the Spanish text. Click on Edit HTML version Make the changes, then click Save That should fix it
