Hi

I was just checking out the Guest Tracking on 1 of my orders to see what it looked like... I noticed that the tracking link was wrong.

I predominately do use Royal for deliveries but lately have have started using UPS for quicker deliveries..

Is there anyway I can have 2 options available for tracking ,as I see there is only 1 option in shipping.

I do supply the correct tracking number in the message, but can a guest see that message

That link is drawn from what is entered in your carrier for the tracking link. So if you have a royal mail link entered, but decide to ship with ups, it will be broken.

Thanks I have remove the link in shipping already. I guess I'll have to think up something to say that reflects to both but no link
