Need to update/customised Ask for Quote PRO

Team - I am looking for an assistance / help on customising "Ask for Quote PRO" which I bought from Thirybees store. when I installed and configured the plugin - I found field (which to be filled by the requester) are limited as per my requirements. I want to add more options and fields which MUST be filled by the requester. 

Can anyone guide/help me to get this done quickly ??

yes I did and I have been asked to refer to Thirtybees since I bought the product from Thirtybees store.

Lol, that's funny.

As I already replied via store contact form - we are happy to make the modification. Because we are not familiar with this module, it will probably take us much more time than it the module developer.
