new Problem. I can´t create or edit new customers, categories or books in the backoffice. Error500 is shown.

Error 500 is a generic server message that doesn't say anything.
To diagnose error, you need to enable debug mode, install "Collect PHP Logs" module, and in logs of this module will be detailed information about error.
 In menu: Advanced parameters -> Error log

ok, ich found some different informations.

Message:

Error: Class 'AdminContactsControllerCore' not found

Location:

Message:

Location:

modules/tbupdater/tbupdater.php line 463

Can you repeat the update to edge so the missing controller has chance to upload to your server.

Also do you have tbupdater installed? Don't confuse it with Core Updater, they are two separate modules that do different things and both need to be installed.

Regarding the last issues (Warnings) - I believe tcpdf is not completely ompatible with php8.1 but for now those are only warnings, the app will work.

Tbupdater was already installed.

After checking core updater again it says, it´s everything ok, system is up to date. But the problems are still the same.

You should

1. check files permissions. Maybe some of your files are not readable/writeable and were not updated
2. delete file cache/class_index.php
3. clear cache
4. disable all overrides
