Product reviews missing

Fresh install added productcomments module

can leave review approve shows 1 review

but when you click to read review it goes to "be the first to write your review!" no reviews below

default theme cache cleared different browsers not logged in all the same result

Get this error after I click "Be the first to write your review" Theme or TB?

Shows zero reviews but they are there after you click on comments

Also review box doesn't close when you click cancel have to click X to close

Submit does leave a review to be approved it DOES show up but the total review count stays at 0

Clear your cache from BO, Advanced parameters -> Performance.
