error in database

Hi,

I wanted to migrate my site. I have imported the database but when i want to edit privilege i get this error. I tried to repair but not working.

What could be the problem?

Please explain 'migrate' with more details.  Do you have created the database first and now you will fill it ?

Also give more details what hosting do you use - shared, dedicated, virtual server, etc. So we can tell you how to fix this. In general you have to create mysql user and associate your table with this user with all privileges.

Yes, it works now. I reinstalled xampp and the problem is gone. One thing i noticed when i downloaded the backup database from my hosting provider along with the root folder where my shop is and when i tried to host it on my PC it connects fine but the backend and frontend looks like it has missing css files because the design is broken. Do i need to configure anything extra?
