Yes, I upvoted after I submitted the request by hitting the up arrow.

The option to upvote is no longer showing after I upvoted so I can't take a screen shot

Followed link from my phone, different ISP so it shouldn't recognize me as already upvoting and there wasn't the option to vote at all.

I know, I could vote right after submitting but as a new visitor I could not. Must be a method to slow down the requests :) :) :)

@vzex However, in any case this should just be optional if added. Because this is not allowed in Europe, particularly in Germany, except you have an explicit permission of the customer to submit his mail address.
