  2. As said before we have 2 1.4 TB shops on the same vps with ubuntu 20.04 and Apache and php 7.4. Server 2 has no issues. Firewall settings allow 80, 443 ssh. SSH is only allowed from 1 IP. Nothing more. I have blocked port 25 in and out because we had spamattacks on that server For the computer I run Linux Mint, no FW no antivirus And cnfig has not changed for at least one year on the server, more than package updates. No new modules and now updated modules Now when updating to 1.5 is not working, would it be possible to migrate to a new server with a fresh TB install?
  3. Ok then its something else that make it impossible to update to 1.5. The error details say nothing
  4. Does the update go on some other port than 443 or 80? Because our fw is very closed

  6. I have set the php version and stable so we will see Well I have full php logt in webmin since we started the shop 2016 and I dont think the module do something extra. But where do I find the module?
  7. If you mean server error aka linux server then its strange because the server has 2 shops running and the other one has no issues at all. Error log show no errors. Hypothetical question. Would it be possible to install a new shop and then migrate the old one. The old is 1.4
  8. The above error show up on all products in BO. Also when you want to choose accesories in the shop nothing happens. See attachments Also now I wanted to update the shop from 1.4 to 1.5 and this shows up OH SNAP! WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR Ajax request failed: error Any hints what have happened Anders

  10. Hi All! Suddenly I cant login to the BO. See attachments what happen. The other admin can login with my credentials wo a problem, but I cant login with mine or his. Same with both. Came out of the blue. What to start looking. I have tested with chrome and Mozilla but same problem
  11. No its on domain name. But it must be something else not working. No sites working now. And letsencrypt give error and say domain is still on old ip
  12. I try to migrate one shop to a new vps. But after migration and chage of ip I get connection refused. I have migrated a couple of other sites without a problem but the TB shop refuse. When I change back the ip it works again so it seems that the propagation works as it should. Is there anywhere I must change to the new IP in the shop settings that I have forgotten

  15. SOLVED. Using ChatGPT I found that it was bcrypt and then I could create a new pw hash and use in the db
  16. What kind of encryption algoritm is used? When I try to decrypt it cant find a valid algoritm
  17. Owner has done something so I now have no BO access, and he has not either. I tried to get a new password but that seems to not work either. Only thing I have access to is the db but that is ofc no use because the pw is hashed. Is there any solution for this. HELP HELP HELP
  18. I read somewhere about a module to send email to owners of abandoned carts. Now the owner of the shops want this module but I cant find it anywhere. Any hints?
  19. I have added a new product, activated it and to be sure updated the search index. It show up as normal in BO but cant be found in Front office. When I try to search it I get an error message that no product exist with that article number When I try to preview it from BO I get this message. "You have no access to this product. What can be wrong?

  22. What do you mean? What will be the difference? The correct lower price is shown on the product but the Block Specisl is empty
  23. TB has a native module called block specials that should show the products that has lowered prices. But nothing happens if I lower price on products, they dont show up. I I set the block to always show even if empty, it always show up, but always empty. We have never used it before, so perhaps we miss something. Any hints?
  24. #e-com Well I have tested to set it to other values but it does not matter. As someone else say, it is how the theme is built like that, and we will live with it. very, very few of our customers use a phone when they shop so its no problem
  25. Go to https://jv74.se/saxlyftare The category image show very small. If the image is downloaded it is as it should, 871x217 pix. If you inspect the code it say the image is 871x217 as it should. What can be wrong. The same problem with all categories The category image settings is 871x217 in settings for images Have no clue what to do.
