I use 1.4 so not that old. We have always used the latest version AND have a very strict robots.txt. So that is no excuse. The diff between 619 visitors and 5 yesterday has nothing to do with any of it. I will now clean out as much statistic modules as I can without breaking the system. There are more reliable free alternatives out there. Rant over

One od them is the registered cookies for guests. When We moved server 2 weeks ago there was 2.5 million rows in the database. Meaning about 1200 visitors per day since we opened the shop 6 years ago. That is ofc fairytail. Or yesterday the statistics module say the shop had 619 visitors when it had 5. Fairytail. For what purpose. This has been the case also whith PS. We now use Matomo/Piwik and Statcounter and they both give the exact same figures, very far from the shop module.

From where does TB gget the standard statistics shown when you choose statistics? I have never seen so inaccurate figures ever. We have also Matomo installed to compare and the built in statistics is a joke

I use ubuntu 20.04. it has both php 7.4 and 8.1. We use 7.4 and have installed the redis package but for some reason it dont show up. Its already in 8.1 but too many modules does not work with it so thats no deal. Well we have to see.

@e-com Its interesting. Again now, I followed all the installation steps, all config steps, tested without and with authentication using ssh. All works. Fill it in in the form on TB, press Test and its read. I have no clue what to do next. I assume I dont have to open that port in the firewall

I have never been afraid of standing up to attacks. But the big problem is really the whole TB project. The vision were grand and it started off very well. Unfortunately the founders has all left and I dont see much new blood coming in. It has come a long way, and we are satisfied so far. But to be an alternative for many, it must be possible to get help. Most who want to run a webshop are not technicians or programmers. But we will see, we have no reason to change anything in the future. The server cache info I will find somewhere else

Its time to implement server side cache on our shops. Which is the best to use? I tested redis but cant get it to work, always red when testing the server. The extension was installed

I saw one diff and that was that the other shop use php/fpm. Changed and all worked

This comes from a footer in the second shop migrated. I suspect it can come from a cache but I dont know how to empy it when I have no access. where can the cache be stored? Or it is something else? @datakick

Hi! I have migrated the 2 shops and they work well. But one thing is that many products dont show any pictures of the frontside, even if they all are in the BO. Is this the profiling info I attached? All Cache on, using Redis and full page cache. But same settings on both shops
