  1. I uploaded my csv. Have there been any csv update changes since a month ago? All I do is upload products.
  2. @lesley @mdekker @Traumflug @wakabayashi I think we have a bug in the csv imports. Screenshot: I used the same exact csv and the old product page is correct. I changed the ID # for the new upload to #700. The new product page is wrong and so are all the newest products I have uploaded that have combinations sizes and colors. Here is the csv file I used and all I did was change the Product ID 01507730688780test-10-11-17.csv
  3. @zimmer-media Thank you for your time and effort! I still can't get it to work. I separated the variante (combination attribute) with a comma: size, color wert (combination value) size and color is XS,baby blue (no separator in between size and color) Dropdown is set up for all my attributes. Field separators for the import are comma and semicolon. I'm doing this on my test site, btw. With a comma between the combination values of size and color: Test product:
  4. There's some detail I'm missing here but I can't see it so far.
  5. These products have many more colors and each have all the sizes. I've been using a comma as the multivalue separator and comma to separate the attributes.
  6. @jnsgioia Thanks. I should have referred you to my screenshot in the beginning of my post. It shows the csv with the comma multivalue separator. The products you viewed only have a few choices. I changed and successfully have been using my csv for a long time. Nice to see you ?
  7. I'm glad I don't have to deal with all that! I haven't had to use so many combinations in one item before. Thank you!
  8. @Baarssen I only use spreadsheets, but if you go to the BO - CSV import - combinations import - you can see the choices there.
  9. I have the attributes both ways in the attributes section of the back office. size, color and each by themselves.
  10. @yaniv14 - That is a big relief. Thanks!
  11. Following @DaoKakao's instructions I found the settings here for the transformer theme: Admin / BO / Back Office: 1. Go to stthemeeditor 2. Click Sticky header/menu section. There is a switch for yes or no to “Display a text “menu” along with the menu icon on the mobile version” Click "yes". Click "save all". See the word "menu" next to the three line stack (hamburger something. lol). The next part is called Advanced Megamenu in the Transformer theme. I already had the categories set up but if it's blank you can click the tiny plus in the upper right hand corner of the megamenu (advanced megamenu) window and add "main menu" and so on. The result looks like this: When you click on the word "menu", the menu looks (approximately) like this on mobile devices:
  12. @yaniv14 said in Best theme for Thirty Bees: I just follow up on community theme updates and add them manually if their necessary. Most updates usually are on core files or modules and not theme files. I usually setup the new theme based on the client design and makes sure that there are no bugs, in most cases the theme don't need any future modification that are bugs related. If you look at the community theme repo, it has only 87 commits in total and most of them are before it was stable for release, and some of the others commits are not important if you modify the layout and the css. For the transformer theme and similar "3rd party" themes, I don't know how to keep up with all this and when to do an update and when not to. The only updates I currently do are when I'm in admin and see a notice of an update. That's easy for me and easy to cope with. All this other stuff is beyond the scope of my experience. There must be an easier way, right?
  13. @MockoB The browsers drive me nuts. I have to open a new window, close all the open windows, clear the browser cache and pray! This is for Chrome, FireFox and Safari. I ditched IE years ago. Chrome is terrific but I use 2FA for various accounts and have to authorizing and reauthorizing every time I make changes if they do not appear after clearing the admin cache. End of rant! :)
  14. A very big welcome to the new people who have come on board with us: @PatrickT @Gofenice @itseries @ukoofred @One-Man @MonicaSharma and @KanikaB91 Thank you for joining us!
  15. How do I make size and color choices easier for the customers to read?
  16. @Pedalman budgetary constraints. :(
  17. @lesley Please mark this solved and give the credit to @spidawebs - the answer begins with: "I’ve not had a need to use this feature before, but when you go to import combinations you will see a list of all the available options on the right hand side. Below are all the fields you can import: Product ID Product Reference" Thank you!
  18. For transformer and panda countdown modules, Jonny Li replied: the time for the countdown time is detected from the client's computer's time.
  19. @mdekker Thank you for all this time-consuming difficult work.
  20. @lesley said in Transformer Theme = How Compatible?: Hmm, I think it might be best to contact him about being able to contribute on his crowdin. Its really a tough thing, crowdin can get expensive for something like a theme that is closed source and his bill could easily be $90 a month or more. Reply from Jonny: "Yes, as there are too many words that need to be translated (more than 8k+), it requires a lot of fee payments for crowdin. but I have a idea, customers can share translation files in the forum, and other users can use the translation files directly."
  21. @DaoKakao You helped tremendously. I wanted to be rid of those footer sections for weeks, but didn't know how to ask about them. You also showed me how to dig deep into the modules to search for what I need. Kudos to you! :) Thank you, again.
  22. Where to remove the specials, featured articles and recent articles that appear in the footer for the transformer theme: Sort modules by "sunnytoo". These above were all part of blog modules:
  23. OK, well @DaoKakao solved it perfectly! I found the third one and disabled it, too - "specials" All three of these in the footer were from the Blog Modules sections by sunnytoo. :)
  24. Which is the topic tool, please? Also the three dots do not show that. It shows:
