Hi .. Yes I can do no problem Could you tell me where to find these I don't know where these are yet. I've checked error logs in ftp but they all 1 line long so it can't be there

Hi All

Been adding products to my new installation and I often get this message Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused showing up after a while and I have to log back in again.. Is this just a time out message

Also while I am posting. I am finding the more images I add the slower they seem to upload and often they will fail and I'll have to do them again

I sell jewellery and some of them have sets (ie pendant, earrings and sometimes Bangles) Is there a way to add them to the basket and get all 3 at a lower price , it's 1 of the reasons why I left Zencart as I thought this is something that should be part of a cart system

[Importing product accessories]

I've just done it via LibreOffice.. For some reason the product ID always failed if I used 1 I changed it to 10 and have gotten most of the items to import, failed on images and a few other small things so just going though manually and doing them ..It's only 416 items lol Also using latest version of TB

[CSV Help]

I am having some difficulty in getting a CSV file to upload my products.. I have a few questions if anyone can help.. I used to use these on Zencart so am a little familiar with it and know they can be difficult to use I have downloaded the product sample and have a had a look . I've a few questions about it 1.After Categories it has y and z what is with the numbers in y I thought it would be a sub category 2. Discount amount is a date , I thought it would be an amount. 3. Do all column have to be full or can you delete the columns you don't need as there are a few not needed Am converting a Zencart csv over to here Am using the latest TB Not sure what else is needed

Thank you for your reply .. I prefer the categories on the left and sub categories that go under the main category as I have 23 of them .. I'm in the process of splitting my site and having a specific site for jewellery. Also thanks for the info about themes, I'll have a go myself tonight .. I was only using the free theme to get to know how to install 1. As that's how I learn by mistakes and figuring it out myself ..It's how I learnt zencart lol

Thanks guys ..I found a free template that sort of looks what I want, just struggling to get the files uploaded .. A Utube video makes it look really really difficult .. Is there a guide for dummies anywhere Traumflug thanks found it , but not quite what I was hoping for ,although there needs to be a lot disabled .I only have the bare minimum available to fill in and even telephone is not required

Hi Thanks , it's just a standard install with bundled theme. I was hoping you wouldn't say that ..As I know it's my fault lol , also I should know about backing up as it's the first thing I do with zencart I'll try your suggestions in order

Hi there Can anyone help ..As a newbie :( .. I have been doing the newbie thing and have completely reset my modules to my site to almost nothing by unhooking stuff I shouldn't ... Is there a way to reset my site back to the original settings.. Or I am really trying to get my site to look something like ethicalpets (sorry if naming someones site is wrong ) I am assuming it is a bought template. Also do love the way how easy it is to put in a new module too

Wow .. I have been a avid user of Zencart for many years and often searched for an alternative.Tonight was the first time I found this and am rather happy I did.. A must for me is 1 page checkout and I see 1 is being offered soon I haven't read very much yet .But will be building my next venture with this to give it a try as it seems to do almost everything I need.May I ask 1 thing I read the upgrade info and is it as easy as that ????? Zencart is a nightmare to upgrade
