  1. Ahh I did wander if I needed to click on them. I've started doing it but getting error message for some of them saying bad permission maybe. I've got all my folders set to 755 - do the actual images in the folders need to be 755 please?
  2. Every time I ask a question on here, I get a really quick response and it resolves my issues. I can't thank everyone enough. It was really easy in the end haha. One last question, I've noticed that some images are not appearing on my website, but they are showing up in back office where you add the products, so I can't understand what's going on there... can you give me a pointer please/. I've cleared the cache. Not sure what else I can do. I tried deleting and adding the image again but this still didn't work. Prob something simple but stupid me can't find the answer. thanks in advance.
  3. Hello So, I've now got my zen cart products migrated to my new thirtybees shop, which is currently in a sub-folder and now needs to be moved to the root. I tried to do this earlier but it didn't work. It appears I need to change the configuration file by removing the 'test' folder from the url so that it's just my normal shop website address lovely-gifts.co.uk. However, in admin panel, I went to advanced parameters where it has configuration details, but there is no option there to amend it. In the actual files, I headed to folder 'config' and then opened 'config.inc.php' thinking this was the one, but it's not. Can someone point me in the the right direction please? I am sooo close now and this is the final 'hurdle' to getting my thirtybees install live... Thanks in advance. Claire
  4. Hello Update: I've discovered you can do volume discounts in the section where you add the product. It's below where it says set a specific price. Phew..
  5. Ahh I thought that might be the case. Schucks.. It's a really important feature that I need. Ok I'm going to have a look and see if there's such a module available. Thanks.
  6. Hey, so I've tried fiddling about with the price rules but can't seem to figure this one out. In my current live shop with zen cart, I have selected products that when buying more than one of the same product, the price of the product goes down. So, buy 1 bath bomb for £3.00, buy 2-3 and pay £2.60 per bath bomb and so forth. I'd like this option available on here, is there a way to do that please? I can figure out the price cart rules with other discount options, like 10% off etc. But, multibuy savings is one of my main USP's so I need to be able to offer that when I switch over to thirtybees. Thanks in advance. Claire
  7. Bless you thank you 'toplakd'. I can't see for looking. )
  8. I've just discovered Thirtybees and from what I've seen so far, they are much better than zen cart, which I've enjoyed using but they've still got unfriendly urls unless you add a plugin - I'm preparing to migrate to thirtybees as soon as I've sussed it all out! Thanks @thirtybees

  9. Hello, I came across thirtybees a few days ago and liking what I see so far. I have set up a test folder on my web hosting to enable me to install and alter things ready for when I migrate from my zen cart shop to thirtybees. Anyhow, my question is in relation to the top menu bar, which displays the first top level category, which I've also added sub-categories too, however, the sub-categories appear in the top menu bar, which is not what I want. I want all top level categories to show and then drop down to the sub-categories. I've added two other top level categories and they do not appear on the top menu. I'm wandering if I've missed something in the admin panel perhaps? As you'll see in the image upload, 'Handmade Fashion Jewellery' is a top level category with 'angel bells' and 'earrings', which are sub-categories of the handmade fashion jewellery, shouldn't be showing on the top level. Hope I've made sense and thanks in advance. Claire.
