Can't login to back office after migrating shop to another domain

Hello,

I transfered my Thirty bees shop to another domain (atcdpharma.com). However, after migration when I tried to login I get an error: Emloyee doesn't exist or password invalid. I have tried to reset password several times using forgoten password but it didn't work. I have also tried to reset pasword manually from cpanel phpmyadminbut still can't login to the backoffice.

Please, somebody help!

I have read through all relevant threads on this forum and also on prestashop forum and haven't found the solution.

@lesley Hello Lesley, After I added the column the error with the employee was resolved, but I also got the following error:

Table 'atcdphardatabase.pssmartylastflush' doesn't exist

It looks like that table is missing. Is this a migration install you have done?

I also cleared the files in public_html/cache/smarty/ except the index.php

You are going to need to add the table back.

@lesley Okay, I'm going create a the missing table pssmartylast_flush.

@lesley I have replaced the missing tables but I'm still getting the login error "Emplyee dosen't exist" although I was able to login when I applied the patch you gave me to classes/Employee.php.

Reset your PW and see if that changes anything.

@lesley I have tried reseting the PW but still cannot login to the BO.

Are any errors generating in any of the logs when you try to log in? I am thinking something went bad in the migration.

Did you solve this problem? Cause I'm having the same issue now after making a copy of the shop to another domain.
