White Space Error

I am not sure if this is a bug but if I create a new product it's fine to look at it in the category view but if I click the full view I get a read bar saying the product is not available I can make the error go away if I take all the white spaces out of the title. Example Nascar Bumper Sticker I get a error If NascarBumperSticker No problem it works fine any idea's

It should certainly be possible to have products with spaces in their name. Actually, a number of the demo products have such a space.

Could you make a screenshot? Is quantity above zero?

Its odd because it is not effecting other products that where migrated over but only seam to happen in this catorgory

My first guess is that you have items with the same product name and one of them is disabled.

Start the function "duplicate urls".

S I have no such Function Maybe the mirgrate tool did not upload all the correct files

Thx I didn't know about this. I just tried to add them. But it failed:

Unable to load template file 'controllers/duplicate_urls/duplicates.tpl There seem to be any file missing. @mdekker will this menu points be added by auto in next version?

Ok done so what now as I have a few duplicate urls just change them and things will be ok?

no not for the one I am have a issue with

I do have a duplicate even thou it's not listed let me delete it as its inactive & I cannot get the product anymore

wakabayashi update the product in that catogory is working now that I removed the inactive product with the same url

Not sure if I understand you right. Basically you need to watch, that every product has it's own url.

The duplicates may appear when the names of manufacturers, CMS pages and products are the same. Either change the names that are all different or change the SEO settings.

@zimmer-media Perfect so what should the TB admin dashboard look like cause mine is blue and is there other elements that I could be missing?

You can change the design in your admin account for the BO. After the migration, I just missed "duplicate urls" and "custom code". As in the description above by Lesley was helped.

Got ya but what should it look like out of the box is it yellow?

on a fresh install of TB what does the BO look Like how is it colored what fonts are used. after migration mine looks exactly like PS only difference it says thirty bees in the top left corner.

you can change template on your account - if you would like thirtybees click and save.
