PayPal 5.3.2 - order paid in PayPal but in tb status "abandoned cart"

Hi,

I have an order that is paid and completed in PayPal, but in the shop it shows "abandoned cart" under Customers:Shopping Carts. I only noticed that the customer paid because he said he did and I then took a look in my PayPal account.

Is there any way to troubleshoot how this could have happened?

Sometimes I have the same problem. Mostly if there is a problem with the order completion. See comment here: https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1047/paypal-modul-problem/14

A few days ago I had now for the third time in a foreign order a problem with the shipping costs. In the ordering process in the shop everything was calculated correctly, but Paypal has taken the cheaper shipping costs from Germany, rather than the shipping costs for the country. See the topic just mentioned above.

Check out this thread of mine..https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1256/paypal-issue/4. I've had good luck with beta 4 since I figured out not to have two sites running the same paypal API settings. I have not had any problems with what you are talking about since changing to beta4.

@slick_303 I do not know if I got it right in your topic, but I'm still at 5.3.2. I did not use the versions of 6.0 beta myself.

Im just saying you might wanna try it, if your having issues with 5.3.2. As long as your different sites all use different API settings.

Thanks, @zimmer-media and @SLiCK_303. I'm not sure what the problem was in my situation. Reading your threads: I only have one site and the carrier costs couldn't change during the checkout, as the customer had free shipping.

@30knees , I used to have that same problem on occasion with 5.3.2. Since switching to 6.0.0 beta 4 I have not had that problem again. You might wanna try the newer version.

@SLiCK_303 Installed and testing. Does your beta also not show in the backend as 6.0.0 beta 4 but as 5.3.3?

go out of modules and services, and then back in, it should show v6.0.0
