Systeminformation tells me about missing files

I migrated 18 months ago from PS1.6 and run the latest stable TB1.07 However systeminformation in TB tells me that files are missing or changed?

Is this normal or should I have a closer look at it? What can have caused that?

You should have a closer look. Missing files can get extracted from the distribution package. Changed files can get listed for changes as simple as a space character added.
