Website Error

Hi All I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do about this error.. My website works fine except it often happens. It does happen at least twice every hour and have no idea s to the real reason Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused I've enquired to my hosting and they say there is nothing wrong ,but there must be so am wondering if there is anything I could try to eliminate this error

Your database has too many connections and is disallowing people to connect. 100% a server issue.

OK ,thank you , just don't know how to sort it now as they can't find anything wrong ..Maybe time to move to another provider .... Also what I don't understand is my zencart site never ever goes down , well I get the odd drop out but it's like once twice a month

Are you getting more traffic? Basically what is happening when a user accesses your site a database connection is made to store data and present data to them. So more people would make more database connections causing this issue.

um that's going to be my next question.. Every time I put google analytics code in my header my website crashes to a 500 page ,but still searching for a answer on that 1
