Downloads calculated, 8425 files to download. (0.0 s) ERROR: Failed to download files with error: Downloaded files successfully, but found no valid files in there. (0.3 s) Any clues? (0.0 s) There is something very wrong, 8425 files is too big number. Even if I try migration from 1.1.x to 1.1.0 it would only modify around 2000 files. But the updated module did fix the problem and the update has been done. To be honest though I do uninstall most modules so the update would have needed to download all if niara and most modules again.
