Config.xml

Hi

I am trying to install another theme on my website and I keep getting a Config.xml error.. I've tried the new niara theme and another theme with the same result.. It appears in admin but I just can't install it..

Not sure if it is related but both times I have tried my original theme gets completely reset so it takes ages to get it back to some sort of working state, even after a restore.. Both were latest versions of TB and theme

What error is that?

No idea... Takes me around 2 hours to get my site back to normal again as everything gets messed up

I don't know what to tell you then. If we don't know what the error says, it's hard to tell what went wrong

Have tried again

..uploaded files / choose use this theme / then get this message ..1

go into theme config and choose use gamegear then get a 500 page

now my website looks like this

Also cannot get to performance page to clear cache ..All admin is 500 server error

..have to do a restore and resetup my website

Can you enable debug mode to see the actual error message? Also, please attach your theme's config.xml file

I can't as I tried, entire admin goes to server error 500 ..Only thing left is to restore and reset-up. Also can't seem to be able to swap between popular and best seller tabs (not sure what you would call it)
