Converting to an App as in APK? Because a website is an App in itself, now if you wish to convert it to an APK that can be downloaded from Playstore or whatever, you'll need to rewrite the entire thing in C#, Java or any other preferred language, although one can make just a basic APK launcher that browses the website already hosted on a server, but that would be so inefficient...
