Shipping to specific cities only?

There's a courier service I'd like to use, but they don't deliver to all cities in the area. 
Is there a way to allow deliveries - or at least, specific fees, to specific zip / postal codes?

Are you in the UK?  I had a similar problem  and Installed UK Counties pack by teapot creative, works fine on Bees  but only wittles down to Counties

it helped in the sense I could increase the cost to scottish highlands, Islands, Shetland Guernsey Jersey isle of Man etc which some won't deliver too but didnt drive down to postcodes which would have been a nice touch

I need to be able to do it via postal codes. So even if I could alter that add on, it wouldn't work correctly.

You can do it using this override.

I have a LOT of postal codes to enter. (I'm in Canada). That option isn't feasible at all, unfortunately. I posted elsewhere about a module that seems to do what I need - but I want to hear some feedback on it first.

Will that allow Canadian postal codes? Per city?

Not being a Canadian seller it is hard to be 100% certain. All I can say is that it worked for us wit UK postcodes. We don't use it now as we decided to standardise carriers across all settings
