I tried removing and reinstalling and now it won't authenticate to get the integration working with their desktop app. I'd love some help. Thanks. The prefix swap early on with the timezone object and the prefix swap later on with the store objects is all that I changed. I can link now at login, but my orders aren't coming in to their software.
