I am referring to the document you submitted in English. Things to improve in the document. IMHO it is hard to follow.
Screen shots are not up to date for TB's
Screen Shots are not in English
Title is Refunds (credit notes) these are 2 separate things in USA so seems like there should be 2 separate docs.
As you said the general Refund Process is not well done in the code. Which compounds the confusion. Have you logged Github Issues on the things that need fixing. It wont get done if you dont...

The forum system is changing what I am typing.. not sure why.

For the "English" Version:
It's confusing because it is not straightforward to do. I have other software applications. It's super easy to do. You go to the invoice. > Choose Refund. > Change the amount if needed. > click OK. Client gets money back through the same gateway they paid. > done
The screen shots need to be in english. Not to easy to follow. Needs to provide more detail. Refund and Credit note mean to separate things in US. A "refund" in US mind is just that "I am giving your money back to you". Not some voucher or note. Which process do you want to follow? The PS or TB's process to be redone in a return to stock process ...
Thanks

I have heard good things about them (CWP) as a free panel. I try them about once a year. I have even donated (the Pro version). I spun up a vps and trying them out to see how far they have come.
Sorry to hear about cloudways. I checked them out couldn’t get the concept.

Apparently the poll closed. I thought I set it to a month.

What makes you want Mailgun? Plesk has email built in.

Plesk Onyx
I like Plesk. It seems to work well. I have a license and I keep trying it. It feels overly complicated to me. Maybe to busy. WHM is needing to be a bit more organized. The cPanel user side is nice and simple to me.
Since they are now owned by the same company. I am sure some cross features will start showing up.
I know Plesk is big in Europe. cPanel is big in US.

Did both of you vote. I only see one for Plesk...

I actually have used them all. I currently use cPanel. I like Plesk but it seems expensive to me. I like Vesta as well for a Free panel.

No I would expect if you made an English Version it would be in English.. I didn't asked to be served you created the document. I assumed to help someone who reads and speaks english.
This is TB's so it should be for this platform. If the doc is older than 1.6 then its not helpful IMHO. You most likely should rewrite the entire thing.
Help document should assume No real knowledge of the system. I should be written so that a User could figure it out.
Then the title should just be Refunds. Correct?
I did hence why I added some helpful suggestions since your doc is confusing.
Not sure I follow you or agree. If you see an Issue (bug) in the system you should report it. I helps us all if you collaborate.
Sorry if you see all of this as rude... It's just constructive criticism.
